Basic Manners & More – Nov 17

Class starts Tuesday, Nov 17 – Dec 22 and meets every Tuesday at 6pm for 6 weeks.

This class will focus on basic training/manners PLUS so much more! Handlers will learn how to incorporate basic manners into their dog’s day-to-day life while learning new cues. We will also incorporate some fun activities like mental stimulation and teach some impulse control and focus exercises as well as games to use your dog’s new skills.  This class is fun for humans and dogs! Handlers will also learn how to strengthen the bond with their companion. Methods are science based, force free utilizing reward based training.  I’m certified in both training and behavior with over 23 years of experience so lots of great information packed into this class!  Dogs MUST be ok with other dogs/people in a classroom setting with social distancing. Classes are 1 hour for 6 weeks.

WEEK 1 – DOGS DO NOT ATTEND WEEK 1! INFORMATIONAL ONLY. 

WHAT TO BRING: Bring your dog to classes (except week 1), a 4-6 foot leash (no flexi/retractable leads), mixed bag of soft, smelly treats, favorite toy and a mat/bed!  A chew or stuffed Kong is also recommended.
